- Maintain accounting records for clients
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Maintain debtors and creditors ledgers
- Prepare other key balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly accounts
- Prepare and file all revenue returns, VAT, PAYE, PRSI.
- Prepare and Process payroll
- Deal with client and Revenue queries
- Ad hoc responsibilities
The Suitable Candidate should
- Ideally be a Fully or Partly Qualified Accounting Technician/Bookkeeper
- Have 2 years+ experience gained in small / medium practice (key requirement)
- Be experienced using Xero
- Have a high level of problem-solving skills with a practical hands on approach
- Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
