Position Overview

Due to continued growth and expansion of the company, the finance department requires a financial accountant to join their team.


●Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission

●Monitor banking activities of the organization

●Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets

●Analyse monthly operating expenses by cost center and liaise with department stakeholders

●Ensuring the general ledger and key sub-ledger accounts are fully prepared, reconciled and reviewed on a monthly basis

●Assist in the preparation of the consolidated monthly management reporting pack, including performance variance analysis against budget / forecast

●Involvement in the production of monthly reports, including financial statements and client performance, for use by Executive management

●Responsibility for ensuring that internal controls are in place and SOX compliant, where applicable, with regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting

●Support on cross functional projects as required

●Management and mentoring of finance personnel


●Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

●Knowledge of the BPO industry is an advantage

●High level of competency with MS Excel

●Strong level of IT skills - WorkDay/ERP exposure is an advantage

●Ability to take ownership for your work and work independently

●Will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously

●Excellent analytical skills with strong commercial acumen

●Expertise in reporting, analysing & manipulating data
