My client, a long established and successful business is a leading provider of Administration Services, Banking and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including Aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, commodities and more. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an experienced and capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the local Head of Finance, this is a permanent post and brand new hire, sitting within an established Corporate Accounting team. Your role will be to manage a team of 5 accountants providing services to a large and diversified client base of over 100 legal entities including aircraft lessors, corporate treasury firms and securitisation firms amongst others. These services include Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit Management, Tax Reporting and Compliance (e.g. CRS, FATCA, VAT), as well as Corporate Governance and Board Meeting management.
You’ll have around 3-5 years post-qualified experience, with a clear specialism an accountancy function. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a Corporate Services business before but this is not essential. As you’ll be managing a team you’ll need to have excellent motivational and people management/development skills to ensure a smoothly running, efficient team who provide effective support to your clients.
